What a beautiful place. So relaxing and welcoming. Myself and my 2 dogs came here to escape the booms and bangs of my neighborhood for the 4th of July weekend. We were welcomed by the host Lisa who was very friendly and nice. Our cabin was the King Cabin. It was a beautiful log cabin complete with a king bed, large bathroom, sitting area and a small kitchen area. Everything we needed to call it home for 5 days. Outside was a Great shared area to cook and eat with grills and a large fire pit. The dogs enjoyed romping on the lawn area. We had come during the hot spell … it got up to a heat index of over 100* ! I thought we would melt but the host agreed to get portable ac units and we were soon nice and cool. The area was nice a rural and quiet. Yes on the 4th we did hear some distant booms but nothing like what we would have endured for days in my home town. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. A true vacation. We will definitely be back next year !!

We had such a great time staying at Hilltop Hall. The place was exactly as it was pictured. Lisa was such a wonderful host. We had gotten a snow storm the weekend we stayed. Lisa made sure we were all okay, came over to the house and had our cars plowed out and even told us if we needed to stay an extra night that it wouldn’t be an issue. We truly had an excellent time! 10/10

Cute, quaint, cozy, fantastic place to reconnect, relax, unwind from the busy normal environment. This place made me feel rejuvenated and refreshed. It was mine and my boyfriend 3rd anniversary of being together. He works so much and I just wanted to surprise him and show him some token of how appreciated he is. This venue definitely exceeded that. We look forward to coming other seasons, learning and exploring what the other cabins and other outdoor adventures have to offer. Thank you Bob and Lisa for sharing your story and renovating this to bring peace, tranquility, solitude, and a little slice of joy to a beautiful part of the world!

Great time! The cabin was well laid out and conveniently stocked with everything we needed. The firestove was cozy, and the views were exceptional. In spite of the heavy snow, plows came by frequently and made driving easy.

Some friends and I rented out the whole camp for a week. It was a beautiful spot and the facilities were well-maintained and relatively modern. The best features of the property are the outdoor spaces with fire pits, grills, covered seating areas, and outdoor heating options. The owners were friendly and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything or if anything was wrong. Highly recommend!

We went there for one night and had a blast, it was such a relaxing experience for us, to slow down and breath fresh air. The hosts were so nice and made of our stay a very pleasant experience

Our stay was very pleasant. Great weather in spite of a brief afternoon storm, beautiful views, a perfect place to just chill out. The cabin was small (as expected) but plenty big for two, with a deck for a lovely vista. Driving around was fun, but be aware that a lot of the roads are unpaved. They're in great shape, though. Lots of little towns, not much to do, but the owners provide games for indoor and out, and the fire pit and hot tub are lovely. Other than the storm, the big excitement was when I added a wild turkey to my life list (and it almost hit my windshield!). And the baby robins in the eaves of our cabin. The owners are pleasant and very accommodating.
